I don't have a logo but I have an idea, how can I do it? I have a logo, what are the technical criteria and how can I send it to you?

If you don't have a logo, no problem! The graphic work is included in our rates for a turnkey offer. You tell us what you have in mind, we transform and adapt it into a logo. We submit it to you for your opinion and then we exchange until we get your approval before launching the production. You can be inspired by models or we can start on a custom creation.

 If you have a logo, no matter the format (png/pdf/jpeg/etc) the main thing is to have a logo with relatively clean lines. You can add it as an attachment to your order, and if it needs to be modified to optimize the customization work, we will do it at no extra cost. If important modifications must be made, we will ask you to validate the final design before launching the production.

What are your delivery times?

First of all, it is important to distinguish between custom-made and standard creations and between production time and delivery time.

Delivery times are always 48 to 72 hours except for emergencies and chronopost in 24 hours. All with a tracking number that you will receive at the start of your order.

For the existing creations, count 48 to 72H from your order.

For custom-made creations, we advise you to count 10 to 20 days because we will exchange, you will validate the design then we will have to make your unique order before shipping it.

I have an urgent request, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form and explain your request as precisely as possible. We will then do our best to find a solution and satisfy you.

What delivery methods do you offer?

The orders are mostly sent via the Post Office in Letter followed for the very small parcels or in colissimo for those more important. We are currently developing shipping via mondial relay with the selection of the relay of your choice. Finally, to satisfy your requests for urgent deliveries, we can use Chronopost.


What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver for all the Metropolitan France as well as for Europe. For other destinations you can contact us on a case by case basis to find the best solution. Via our contact form.
